Many thanks for running a programme of Bite Size sessions this year Dawn. Everyone who participated came back raving about them, you and the fact that you understood our business. These 90-minute sessions were perfectly pitched in order to keep everyone engaged throughout whilst avoiding eating into people's demanding days. A great success.

I was looking at training providers to put together a series of people skills sessions for our new managers. We're a medium size agency and to have 10 of our staff out for any more than a few hours at a time just wouldn't work for us as a business. Dawn gave us a workable flexible approach by giving us bite-size sessions or the relevant tools our young managers could take away and put into practice immediately. With such a diverse group of people in the room she got the most out of the team and her interactive, informal approach was exactly what we were looking for. We have just been through our Investor In People review and this course was cited as the most valuable training that happened last year.

The feedback after the [Best Practice Account Management] seminar was very positive — they were motivated and very inspired. Their awareness about how to act as a good account manager has improved a lot. I also believe that they act much more confidently in the account management role than they have ever done before — both discussing the creative work and asking the right questions.

We have worked with Dawn several times over the last couple of years and hope to do so again. Most recently she helped us with a ‘Train the Trainer’ workshop involving the agency's senior managers. Not surprisingly a few of these individuals were rather sceptical about the value of the workshop, believing there was nothing they could be taught. In the final analysis though every participant walked away feeling inspired and equipped to deliver more effective and more rewarding training. I think they also felt a little humbler too.
