We create all our development programmes based on your specific requirements, as we believe training has to take account of your organisation's culture as well as your people's experience and needs.

When developing a programme for you, we will also discuss measuring success (metrics), evaluating effectiveness and return on investment. We can also help you develop a range of tailored diagnostics.

We use both proven and leading edge techniuqes to develop all our programmes. We integrate the leading theories and models into an interactive and enjoyable approach that gets people involved — which makes the training effective and fun. Everyone is encouraged to build on their own experience, share insights and relate what they learn to their own situation.

We offer a range of psychometric tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), either separately or as part of a development programme.

Training materials can include pre-course work for the individual, peer and manager feedback, and manuals that provide participants with a reference for when they are back at work.

Whether it is on site or off site, we ensure the training fits with the requirements of the business. You can select individual elements from a complete programme or, if you prefer, choose a complete package. Some clients prefer an all-inclusive approach that is ideal for group-wide or pan-regional training needs.
