With over nine years experience as a trainer and coach, Dawn Sillett, director of dstc, loves learning and helping others to learn. She has a solid commercial background in marketing communication and dstc's approach reflects her philosophy that successful personal development has to be enjoyable and effective.

Dawn has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is licensed by the British Psychological Society to use a range of assessment tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She is a Coach U-qualified coach, member of both the International Coach Federation and the Association of Coaching, and is an NLP Master Practitioner.
