Dawn Sillett is director of dstc, and has been delivering return on talent, developing people and performance for clients for over ten years. Prior to this career she worked in marketing communications for several years, both in the UK and overseas, on a variety of blue-chip brands. Combining a solid commercial background with training/coaching experience and qualifications enables her to encourage participant involvement and provide valuable insight.

Dawn works with a range of highly-experienced associates to deliver the best solution for clients. Associates’ details are provided at the initial stages of a project.

Dawn has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is licensed by the British Psychological Society to use a range of assessment tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She is a Coach U-qualified coach, member of both the International Coach Federation and the Association of Coaching, and is an NLP Master Practitioner.
